Engineering & Construction Leadership
The Engineering & Construction Department operates under the leadership of Director, Charlie Bright, who oversees all engineering design, construction management, infrastructure planning, and capital improvement efforts. Charlie is dedicated to delivering high-quality public projects, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting the long-term growth of the City of Broken Arrow through strategic planning and innovative engineering solutions.

Engineering Services
Capital Improvement Planning & Design Developing engineering plans for streets, drainage systems, water and sewer infrastructure, and public facilities.
Project Management Overseeing construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to budget and timeline requirements.
Reviewing Development private development proposals, plats, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with City codes and engineering standards.
